Event in Memory of Yiannis Palyvos – Highlights
On Wednesday, May 10, 2023, the School of Chemical Engineering honored the work and contribution of the late Yiannis Palyvos, Emeritus Professor, with an event held in the Koumoutsos Hall of the School.
The event featured speeches by the Rector of the National Technical University of Athens, Professor A. Boudouvis, the Dean of the School, Professor G. Kakali, as well as by his students, collaborators, colleagues, and friends.
The event concluded with the naming of the main hall of the School’s Computing Center as the “Yiannis Palyvos Hall.”
